BRITA VIVREAU water dispenser maintenance

If you purchase a BRITA VIVREAU water dispenser you are of course, covered by the warranty. The warranty does still require proper care and maintained condition of the dispenser alongside servicing, typically every six months (this will differ on usage, water hardness in your area etc). Exact details of the warranty can be discussed directly.

You can purchase maintenance plans separately, which cover any filter changes, breakdowns and spare parts. Maintenance agreements typically cover customers for 1 or 2 years. For any issues that require new parts, BRITA VIVREAU has a large facility where many parts can be with you next day. For selected parts, our engineers have them as part of their kit that they bring to site.

Parts are still available to you if your purchase the dispenser but obviously carry a cost.

Dispensers that were bought without a maintenance contract initially, can be purchased at a later date but a site visit will need to be scheduled to examine the quality of the machine before approving the contract.

What Else Do I Need To Do When Maintaining A Water Dispenser?

As a customer and owner of a BRITA VIVREAU dispenser, you should maintain a regular general cleaning schedule to reduce the risk of any issues arising.

We offer downloadable product and user guides that help you identify the different areas and parts of our dispensers.

There are spare parts available should you need any, the replacement of which are fully covered should you have a maintenance agreement. Otherwise, there are costs associated with each part.
