How we maintain your product

Our servicing packages will include efficient visits from one of our experienced engineers. The benefit of ensuring you take a maintenance contract is to ensure the longevity of your water dispenser and its components. Plus, avoid costly downtime and reactive maintenance costs.

What's included?

  • Full system sanitisation, including all internal pipework from the mains water connection
  • Replacement filter cartridge
  • Dispense point cleaned (nozzle, tap & drip tray)
  • All ventilation grills are clean and free from obstruction
  • Full system water leak tested under pressure
  • CO2 set to correct operating pressure, CO2 cylinder secure, CO2 safety sheet in place, pressure release valve on regulator tested & leak test
  • Visual inspection of electrical connections & flexible cables for good condition

Water dispenser repair

We understand things can go wrong! By taking out a water dispenser servicing contract – if you need assistance, no matter how big or small the problem, you will be able to speak to our skilled customer service team, who are on call Monday to Friday - 8 am – 5.30 pm.

If further assistance is required, then one of our specialist engineers will visit you.

Simple, swift and efficient, this role speaks to BRITA’s sustainability credentials, aiming to reduce ours and our clients’ carbon footprint.
