About Our Water Dispenser Servicing

When you buy or rent a BRITA mains-fed water dispenser for your business, you choose an end-to-end service with expert engineers and customer service. This includes looking after everything from installing your new dispenser to maintenance and repairs.

Throughout the time you have your BRITA dispenser; our nationwide team of engineers and customer care team are always on hand to ensure it’s in optimal condition and assist you whenever needed.

What’s included in our servicing and maintenance contract?

Our servicing package with our dispenser includes efficient visits from one of our experienced engineers to help ensure your product's longevity and help avoid costly downtime and maintenance costs. This includes:

  • Expert installation service
  • Regular visits from our team for upkeep
  • Full system sanitisation, including all internal pipework from the mains water connection
  • Replacement filter cartridge
  • Dispenser point cleaning (nozzle, tap and drip tray)
  • All ventilation grills are cleaned and free from obstruction
  • Full system water leak tested under pressure
  • CO2 set to correct operating pressure, CO2 cylinder secure, CO2 safety sheet in place, pressure release valve on regulator tested & leak test
  • Visual inspection of electrical connections & flexible cables for good condition
  • Water dispenser repair if needed
